  • About Returns
    We can accept returned merchandise for up to 3 days from the date you originally received it.

    When Will My Credit Card be Credited?
    Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
    Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
    Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. If you choose to use the UPS return label from your packing slip, a discounted return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
    How Do I Make an Exchange?
    Return your unwanted item, then place an order for the item you would like.
  • Directions for General Returns
    Using the UPS or Fedex or USPS
    Save money and use courier of your choice.
    If you prefer, you may use the carrier of your choice. In that case, simply address your return package to our return address: address shown at the front of your packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. Return shipping is at your expense.

  1. Fill out the return sheet , including your name, order #, appropriate reason of return, Amount you paid, previous tracking #, date you received and date you are shipping back or any other information you feel appropriate to be mentioned, for each item you are returning.
  2. We suggest that you make a copy of above sheet for your records.
  3. If you are using UPS or any other carrier, please address your package to the ez2shopstore.com address located on the front of your label.
  4. Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip, in an appropriately sized box.
  5. Ship your return package using UPS or the carrier of your choice. To locate the UPS drop-off location nearest you, visit www.ups.com. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

  6. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
    We're sorry, we do not accept COD returns of any kind.
  • Late Returns
    We can accept returned merchandise for up to 3 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 3-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
    No Exchanges
    ez2shopstore.com strives to offer you great merchandise up to 70% off everyday. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please email us at customer services for exchange re-confirmation before shipping back for exchange.
    Damaged or Defective Merchandise
    If you believe a product was shipped in error from ez2shopstore.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact our customer service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 3 days of receipt.
